On October 16th, representants of Central Biling Department had a great opportunity to see how lean management works in Fresh Logistics Polska, the Raben Group company dedicated to food logistics, located in Robakowo. Representants of the company showed us the core principles of lean management, explained the implementation steps and shared key performance indicators (KPIs). Additonaly, we participated as observers in a White Board Meeting (WBM).
