Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
Is it worth starting the day with a delicious and well-balanced breakfast? Scientists agree on this – breakfast is the most important meal of the day, a well-balanced morning meal improves our concentration, learning ability, mood and even our sense of humour! In line with this thesis, we organised a delicious breakfast in our office twice (3 April and 26 January). Look at us having a nice time together!
