At the beginning of June, the directors of ours departments had the pleasure of participating in the ABSL 2024 Summit in Cracow.
This inspirational and well-organized event summarized the state of the SSC sector in Poland.
Key figures presented by ABSL:
– increase in the number of FTEs: 5% (2024 vs 2023),
– increase in the value of knowledge-intensive services: 23% (2023 vs 2023).
In the report released by ABSL, new aspects were highlighted as the main growth factors, replacing the increase in FTEs, which are more appropriate for the current phase of SSC sector development in Poland:
– Productivity,
– Sophistication,
– Mean automation rate,
– Innovation potential.
