The second stage of MoC gamification has been completed. During this module, our leaders were tested on their knowledge of onboarding new employees and were tasked with creating welcome videos that were worthy of at least an Oscar. As a team, RBS leaders received a Polaroid camera as a reward for their above-average results, which they can use to capture nice moments with their teams.
