We are an international centre amalgamating two teams of various experts who share the same goal: the efficient, smooth and optimized flow of financial data concerning Raben Group and its environment.

We count a lot at Raben Business Services. There is not much surprise here. However, numbers are not everything. We always foster relationships behind them - both the friendly ones in our teams and also with our customers. We are fortunate that RBS is a team of people ready not only for new challenges at work, but also eager to support others. This is what makes the adaptation of new team members so easy and smooth.

Every day we work, talk and joke a lot in different languages. We have different responsibilities and levels of experience but what we all have in common is the excitement when we approach new challenges. Services Teams

At Raben Business Services we deal with external and internal migration of financial data, creating process standards or designing modern tools to streamline our work. We also train the operations departments so that all settlements run smoothly. And all this happens within two main departments. What makes them different?

In the first one we focus on financial and accounting processes, in the second one on transport settlements. Despite this distinction, every day we work closely together and that's what we like best! Would you like to get to know us better? Check out what our teams do exactly.

How we recruit?

1. Your CV is sent to us

At this stage, we will carefully review the documents you submit. If we need additional information to better understand your Super Drive, we'll give you a call!

2. It's time for a meeting!

You will then have a meeting online or in our office with your potential supervisor and an HR specialist. During the interview, which will take about 1.5 hours, tell us about yourself in detail, and we may also ask some factual or language questions. We are ready to answer your questions as well!

3. What happens next?

If the recruitment process consists of more than one meeting - at each stage, we will inform you what the next steps will be. This is also a time when you can contact us and ask about things we missed during the meeting. Remember that we remain at your disposal!

4. Our decision

The interview is behind you? Perfect! We need a maximum of two weeks to make a decision. We will inform you about the outcome of the recruitment regardless of whether our decision is positive or negative.
